Description of the course:
The lean office simulation is a 1-day simulation that teaches the use of lean tools in non-shop-floor processes. The simulation focuses on a sales quoting and ordering process, and allows the attendees to incorporate the lean tools over 3 rounds in a train-do environment. Participants will experience a very realistic office kaizen event during the simulation.
