The Greater Northwest Chicago Development Corporation (GNCDC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and strengthening industrial businesses across designated corridors on Chicago’s Northwest Side.

Through the City of Chicago’s Local Industrial Retention Initiative (LIRI) program and the support of our valued members, GNCDC helps local companies thrive by:

• Facilitating city services and connecting businesses to key resources

• Assisting with public incentives and development opportunities

• Providing educational programs and networking events

• Promoting local businesses and the vitality of our industrial corridors

• Planning and advocating for sustainable, long-term economic growth
