July HR Brainstorming Session

We are keeping up the good vibes and hard work at the GNCDC HR Brainstorming Sessions. A special thanks to our special guests from City of Chicago Department of Planning & Development and Jane Addams Resource Corporation. We hold these HR brainstorming sessions to create a safe space for HR teams to voice their thoughts and concerns to HR peers and figure out solutions for those hard to crack problems. The main focus of this HR Session seamed to gravitate toward the new Sick Day Policy imposed by The City of Chicago.
